Mr. Reyes is a commercial real estate finance executive with 25+ years of experience specializing in debt and equity advisory, underwriting and property due diligence, and workout and debt resolution. He has successfully closed over $6 billion in commercial real estate loan transactions, encompassing property types including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, self-storage, and manufactured housing.

Mr. Reyes brings a proven history of navigating the full spectrum of capital markets transactions with a track record that has resulted in the successful collaboration with leading financial institutions, top-tier investment groups, prominent commercial mortgage brokerage companies, and high-caliber property owners nationally.

Mr. Reyes’ career includes over 17 years as a senior banker in the Real Estate Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank. He has also worked as a financial services Advisory Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Loan Underwriter at JP Morgan.

Mr. Reyes graduated with a M.B.A. from San Diego State University and B.B.A. from the University of San Diego.  He is an active member of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) where he is Co-head of the Los Angeles Chapter.
